Sometimes it feels as though spring may never spring.  For a mug of anti winter blues, finely chop turmeric root and fresh ginger, add plenty of lemon juice, and boil with hot water.  It's warming, a little spicy, refreshing and tastes like a mug of vitamins.  If nothing else, the vibrant yellow colour will instantly put a smile on your face.
